Bad customer service

I asked to return items because they were nothing like what was advertised online and they refused to send them back because they are personalised. Also asked for gift wrapping and paid for it which it didnt come in. Definitely wouldnt recommend to a friend or family will be telling them to avoid Abbott Lyon.

Disgust!!!!

I ordered 2 signature gold chains on Black Friday as Christmas presents... I am STILL waiting!! Products have now..finally...l arrived in Ireland and subject to 64 euro customs tax ..about which I was NOT informed at time of purchase!!! I have emailed Abbot Lyon countless times but getting NO response. I will NEVER again order from them!!! Appalling appalling customer service!
