Do not buy from this company- bought a Mothers day gift a week ago. Waited for the dispatch notice. Emailed 3 times. Finally a week later they reply to my email saying it is not in stock- despite me having paid for it and the gift wrap- now I have no Mothers Day present and no time to replace it as my mum lives in Ireland and I am in Scotland- terrible service- steer clear- I dont know when they were planning on telling me if I had not emailed- took my money though!!! Small company that has bitten off more than they can chew !

The customer service is awful. They couldnt care less. You have to chase a lot to even get a response, let alone a refund. Avoid them at all costs.

It arrived yesterday with the N missing on my name : HELE , I have sent pictures to WhatsApp & order number & reference to the order when placed . I’ve had the exact same problem. My names JESS and it’s come as ESS. it’s so upsetting when u pay so much for something for it to come like this and then can’t even get in touch with them

Me too. They wont refund.

Not registered with an ombudsman. Shocking they get so many celeb endorsements.

My order was not delivered although Amazon shipping says it has I watched the driver looking for address not long after Amazon phoned me asking my house number I was waiving to the driver and he just drove away but nothing has been delivered

The free bracelet is missing from my order. I have emailed 3 times, written a negative review about missing bracelet and now they're asking for photos of the package that I don't have. You can not speak to anyone either. Stacey Solomon needs to be aware that she's putting her face and recommendation to a less than reputable company

Ordered for special occasion on sept 13th never arrived went back to warehouse not once but TWICE I phone them twice left messages no reply then customer service said it was the courier fault which I do believe it was & wanted to reschedule the third time!!!
